Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You can request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the message.
 If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any non-official channel will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and initiate a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
 COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
 Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
 Frequent COD cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Seller Cancellations
 We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Invalid or incomplete shipping details provided

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway

If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed if payment has already been made.
