1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach metro cities in 2–4 working days, other cities in 3–6 working days, and remote areas within 5–8 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link. You can follow your package in real-time through the courier partner’s website.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small ₹49 shipping charge applies.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at fndropstore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery at fndropstore@gmail.com. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
6. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and you provide an unboxing video showing the issue. Certain items like personal care, custom, or perishable goods are not returnable.
7. How are refunds processed?
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 8–15 working days to your original payment method. COD order refunds are sent via bank transfer or UPI.
8. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for selected pin codes. Some small handling charges may apply, and all COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
9. Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship only within India. For bulk or export inquiries, you can contact us directly.
